Welcome to Dreamy Designs by Stephanie. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Products

All products are custom-made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, slight variations in color, design placement, garment brand, and print size may occur. These differences are considered normal and are not defects.

We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

Ordering

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

You are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, sizes, colors, and personalization details are correct at checkout. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Turnaround Time

Current turnaround time is approximately 2–3 business weeks unless otherwise stated.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Production times may increase during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Dreamy Designs by Stephanie is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist with filing claims when possible.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, photographs, product listings, and website content are the property of Dreamy Designs by Stephanie unless otherwise noted.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from pricing mistakes.

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders containing offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or copyrighted material that the customer does not own the rights to use.

Limitation of Liability

Dreamy Designs by Stephanie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Return & Refund Policy

Because every item is custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer

• Change of mind

• Color preference

• Personalized or custom items

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier

If We Made a Mistake

If your order arrives with:

• The wrong item

• Incorrect personalization due to our error

• A manufacturing defect

• A damaged item upon arrival

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is determined to be our mistake, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend the package.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are not available because each item is made specifically for the customer.
