1. What products do you offer?

I specialize in handmade custom apparel and gifts, including:

2. How do I place an order?

You can order directly through my website by adding your favorite items to your cart and checking out.

Looking for something custom? Custom orders are my FAVORITE! 💜

Send me a message with your idea, and let's create something special together.

3. What is your turnaround time?

My current turnaround time is 2–3 business weeks (14–21 business days), not including shipping.

Since every item is handmade, turnaround times may vary slightly during busy seasons.

4. Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely!

Whether it's a business logo (need a logo - I can create one for you), family vacation shirts, memorial designs, birthday shirts, sports teams, or something unique, I'd love to bring your vision to life.

5. What is your return policy?

Because most items are custom-made just for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there's a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I'll always do my best to make it right.

6. How do I care for my apparel?

For the best results:

  • Wash inside out in cold water.

  • Use a mild detergent.

  • Hang to dry whenever possible.

  • Do not use bleach.

  • Do not iron directly over the design.

  • Wash separately (you can wash like items together) 
  • Do not wash bleached items with tie-dye

9. Is there a minimum order?

Nope!

Whether you're ordering one shirt or one hundred, I'd love to create something for you.

10. Can I provide my own logo or artwork?

Absolutely!

I welcome your own logos and artwork.

Not sure if your file will work? Send it over, and I'll be happy to check it for you.

12. How do your shirts fit?

Most apparel is unisex sizing unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

13. Do you wash the shirts before shipping?

Bleached Apparel: Yes! Every bleached shirt is washed before it's packaged and shipped. I use bleach and peroxide during the bleaching process, then wash each shirt with Gain detergent so it arrives clean, fresh, and ready to wear.

Tie-Dye and Simple Apparel: No. Tie-dye and Simple items are not washed before shipping. Because they're handmade, I recommend washing your tie-dye apparel before wearing it. Please be sure to follow the care instructions included with your order for the best results.

14. My package says "Returned to Sender." What happens now?

If your order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, or is marked "Return to Sender," you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the package resent.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Refunds will not be issued for packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

15. Can I watch my order being made?

Sometimes!

I'm also a content creator and live streamer, and I often work on orders during my live videos. While I can't guarantee every order will be shown, you might just catch yours being made live!

It's one of my favorite ways to connect with this amazing community. 💜
