**1. What products do you offer?**
We specialize in handmade, custom apparel and gifts, including custom bleached tees, tie-dye shirts, hoodies, lounge sets, crop tops, tanks, tumblers, earrings, sunglasses, and more. Each item is crafted with love and designed to make you smile!
**2. How can I place an order?**
You can place an order directly through our website by browsing our products and adding your desired items to the cart. For custom designs or special requests, please contact us via our contact form or social media.

**3. What is your processing time?**
Our standard processing time is 14-21 business days. Since each item is handmade, this may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your order. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your order.
**4. Can I customize my order?**
Yes! We love working on custom designs. Please reach out to us with your ideas or requirements, and we’ll be happy to create something special just for you.
**5. What is your return policy?**
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will do our best to resolve it.
**6. How should I care for my handmade items?**
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend washing separately from all other loads, in cold water and hang to dry. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. **you may wash bleached shirts TOGETHER, but do not wash TIEDYE shirts with the bleached. ALSO - do not ever wash hoodies/crewnecks/joggers WITH ANY other loads.

**9. Is there a minimum quantity requirement? There is not.
**10. Can I provide my own logo/artwork? Absolutely! Feel free to bring your own flair to the party – we welcome your logo/artwork. For the best groove, we recommend formats like ai, eps, or high-resolution jpeg or png. Let's make your vision come to life!

**12. What is the sizing of shirts like?
Most all items are unisex sizing unless otherwise stated. When ordering bleached, distressed and/or tie-dye items, each item will vary with pattern and colors. Bleached and tie-dye apparel are hand dyed/hand made, no two shirts will be exactly the same but I do try to make them close to the reference photo.
**13. Do you wash the shirts?
Yes, I use bleach, peroxide and GAIN detergent on all BLEACHED apparel.
- TIEDYE shirts: I use Tulip and SEI fabric sprays.
**14. Nondelivered/Returned to Sender
If your order is returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender etc. the buyer will be responsible for paying the reship fee. No refunds will be issued.
